Professional Information: Names, titles, agency affiliations, and contact details provided via capability statement requests or contact forms.
Recruitment Data: Resumes, clearance levels, and service history submitted by applicants (handled in accordance with EEOC regulations).
Technical Data: IP addresses and browser types for website security and analytics.

3. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Data is used solely to:

Evaluate teaming opportunities and contract performance.
Verify clearance status and eligibility for classified programs (via DISS or other official systems).
Respond to Solicitations, RFIs, and government inquiries.
No Foreign Disclosure: As a FOCI-free entity, we do not transfer sensitive data to foreign jurisdictions or non-US servers unless explicitly authorized by contract.

DATA SECURITY (NIST ALIGNMENT) We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use. Our cybersecurity posture is designed to align with NIST SP 800-171 standards for the protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
