We want to make sure that each person with whom we interact is treated with dignity and respect.  The subcontractors/suppliers we choose share our values for hiring, promoting, and rewarding individuals based on their merits, not their race, color, religion, or creed.

We conduct regular interviews with subcontractor/supplier personnel to ensure that they are being treated fairly and ethically at all times.
